Is Curly Beans Cafe Halal certified?

We are committed to providing delicious, quality drinks for everyone. While we are not formally Halal certified, we ensure all ingredients used are Halal-friendly and sourced from trusted Halal suppliers (including all fresh milk and premium non-dairy options).

Why do your specialty drinks cost a bit more than a chain cafe?

Because we take zero shortcuts and use zero artificial! Our prices reflect the quality of our premium ingredients (like Otis Oat Milk, hand-whisked Matcha, and real condensed milk) and the labor involved in our culinary techniques (like cold-steeping and fresh fruit maceration). You're paying for quality, not artificial syrup.

Do you use artificial syrups in your fruity drinks?

Absolutely not! That's the core of our "Elevated Comfort" philosophy. Our fruity drinks, like the Strawberry Matcha and Orange Green Tea, get their vibrant flavour and colour from real, hand-macerated fruits and natural infusions. Because we take zero shortcuts and use zero artificial! Our menu reflect the quality of our premium ingredients (like Otis Oat Milk, Japanese blend Matcha, and real condensed milk) and the labor involved in our culinary techniques (like cold-steeping, banana caramelisation and fresh fruit maceration). You're paying for quality, not artificial syrup.

What non-dairy options do you offer?

We offer Otis Oat Milk and MilkLab Almond Milk for all drinks. You can easily switch your fresh milk for one of these premium alternatives for a small additional charge.

 

Can I get hot Artisanal Matcha?

Yes! Our classic Matcha and Matcha Latte can be served hot or iced. Our specialty fruit-infused matchas (like Strawberry and Mango) are best enjoyed iced to retain their flavour and structure.

What are your operating hours?

Monday - Friday:
• Morning: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

 

How do I receive a stamp card?

We reward passion! When you choose to self pick up your order at our café, you’ll receive a stamp card as a thank you. However, do take note that it is only limited to the classic black, white, matcha lattes only.

 

Do you accept bulk or custom orders?

Yes, we love helping you celebrate! For large orders (15 cups or more) or custom requests, please contact us thru Whatsapp or email with the details at least 48 hours in advance so we can ensure we have the fresh ingredients and staff ready.

 

Why is my address showing as invalid for delivery?

We enforce a strict 3km delivery radius to guarantee peak quality and freshness. Since we use real ingredients and no artificial stabilizers, longer transit times, even in hot or cold boxes, will unfortunately affect the drink's condition. If you are outside this area, we invite you to enjoy our self-pickup option or visit us whenever we have an pop-up area!

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 days, while express options are available at checkout.

We offer free delivery on orders over $75, and same-day dispatch for local orders placed before 12PM.
